It's too hard to pick up the container now

Regarding foreign trade logistics issues, due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, many countries around the world are currently facing similar problems. The mismatch between supply and demand of transportation capacity is the direct cause of the increase in freight rates. Factors such as poor container turnover indirectly push up shipping costs and reduce logistics efficiency. 

There are four reasons for the shortage of export containers:

　　 First, the global new crown pneumonia epidemic has increased dependence on China’s exports, and international manufacturing has a tendency to return to China;

　　 The second is that during the epidemic, ports all over the world cannot operate normally, the return of containers scattered around the world is not smooth, and the distribution of containers around the world is seriously unbalanced. At present, China can only return one for every three containers it exports, and a large number of empty containers are backlogged in the United States, Europe, Australia and other places;

　　 Third, shipping companies (containers) failed to order new containers in the first half of the year;

　　Fourth, China's container industry, which accounts for 96% of the global market, is facing supply shortages in the industrial chain.
