2 — Where is your factory located? How can I visit?

Synwin is located in Foshan city, near Guangzhou, only 30minutes far away from Baiyun international airport by car.

3 —How can I get some samples?

After you confirm our offer and send us the sample charge, we will finish the sample within 10 days.We can also send the sample to you with your account.

4 — How about the sample time and sample fee?

Within 10 days, you can send us the sample charge first, after we receive the order from you, we will return you back the sample charge.

5—How can I check the process of samples?

Before the mass production, we will make one sample for evaluation.During the production, our QC will check each production process, if we find the defective product,we will pick out and rework.

6 — Can you help me make my own design？

Yes,We can make the mattress according to your design.

7—Can you add my logo on the product?

Yes,We can offer you OEM service, but you need to offer us your trademark production license.
