Two men were charged with murder in a deadly dispute between neighbors in Abilene, Texas, and after the shooting video made national headlines, they were arrested for the second time.
Police detained 67-year-old John Miller and 31-year-old son Michael Miller on Friday on the grounds of \"great attention\" to the community \".
They were charged with the murder of Aaron Howard, 37.
The father and son were first arrested on September1 on the day of the shooting and were released after each person paid a security deposit of $25,000.
Abilene police chief Stan Stanridge said in a statement that the county district attorney filed a motion on Friday to declare that the original bond was insufficient and the court agreed.
Mr. and Mrs. Miller returned to prison, holding $250,000 in bonds, Mr. Stanridge said.
Stanridge did not say why the county district attorney waited 20 days after the incident to file a motion.
On Thursday, the day before the filing, local and state news agencies released videos of the controversy and shooting, which soon spread, sparking on Abilene and social media across the country
Neither the district attorney\'s office nor the police department responded to requests for comment.
The day before they were arrested again, the Miller family had a brief interview with The Washington Post and refused to discuss the charges against them.

Box\'s mobile phone video, which lasted two and a half minutes, showed an argument between the two suspects and the victims.
Box told Star that the dispute began with disagreement over the disposal of mattress in alleys near Miller and Howard\'s homeTelegram. (

Box and Howard threw the mattress into the bin a few days ago, she said.
But on September1 they saw the mattress on their property.
Howard moved it back to the bin.
Box says Howard\'s nieces, nephews and brothers are with them.
She told the newspaper that she and her husband then watched elder Miller go to the bin and take out the mattress and throw it back on Howard\'s property.
Box told the local TV channel KTXS that it was the first time neighbors talked to each other.
Howard and Miller started yelling at each other, Box said.
Then John Miller took out a pistol from his shorts and his son came here with a shotgun.

Box says Howard protects his family, especially his niece and nephew.

Howard said to the Miller couple, \"I assure you that both of you are dead. . . .

\"On Friday, police said Howard had a bat in his hand when the first shot started, but about 7 feet away from the Miller.
After the first two shots, Howard did not carry weapons, but the Miller couple shot again, police said.
According to KTXS, Howard died of gunshot wounds to his chest and shotgun.
The Miller family acknowledged the incident, police said.
It is not clear who will represent father and son in court.
