Such an operation has the following disadvantages: (1) A special turning bed or turning device is expensive, complicated to operate, and difficult to popularize. (2) Waste of manpower and inconvenience for disinfection. (3) The comfort of the patient is affected, and pressure ulcers are prone to occur in the pressure area of ​​the patient.
