There are totally 5 pcs of quilting rollers, that means we can use 5 layers of quilting materials, in the quilting part, we usually use foam in different density, more higher denstiy more firmer; and we can use latex to increase the elasticity, or use memory foam/gel memory foam to make the mattress softer and more comfortable. We will also recommend to use of polyester fiber to make the mattress more fluffy and it will make the mattress looks more beautiful.

Generally we suggest that the quilting part will be no more then 5cm, it can reduce the occurrence of jumpers during the quilting.

This is the brain of the whole machine. On this screen, you only need to input the pattern of the quilting you want and the size you need, then the brain will give instructions to the machine to start efficient quilting.

There will be two workers in charge of the quilting part. They need to adjust the quilting material, input the pattern command, adjust the needle and thread position, and check whether there is any jumper while the machine is running.

Here we can see very clearly the quilting partten, if there is any jumpers or dirty, our workers will mark it and then clean it and fix it.

This part is the cutting aprt. After the quliting is finished, the machine will cut the fabric into the size we need. The robotic arm will then place these semi-finished products. The introduction of this advanced quilting machine has greatly improved our efficiency, reduced labor costs, and better guaranteed the quality of quilting.

For the mattress border, we suggest to quiling thickness no more than 2cm, if too thick it will cause the mattress to loosen around the edges. Some customers will ask that the spring cannot be touched from the edge of the mattress, we can use foam encased.
