An expert witness testified that the blood of a woman who had been missing for nearly four years and was presumed dead was found in Cody Allen legboff\'s apartment, including the alleged murder
Natasha Lynn Montgomery\'s name was repeatedly mentioned last week by Jason sullinski, who performed DNA analysis at the RCMP forensics lab in Edmonton, through the findings he collected from the many samples collected by the police from the scene, a lawsuit was filed with the court.
Montgomery was 23 years old at the time of her disappearance and has not appeared since early September 2010, weeks after her release from Prince George\'s Regional Correctional Center.
The prosecutor accused Legebokoff of murdering Montgomery and two other women and a girl.
Solinski testified that more than 30 blood samples taken from the kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway were found to be Montgomery, and most of the statistics were determined to be 6.

The sheets found in the apartment bedroom, the hoodie and the blood on the box spring mattress also determined a similar level.
In addition, nine swabs taken out of ax found in a linen closet were found to be Montgomery\'s blood, one of which was on the wedge and three on the head.

Legebokoff does not have a facial expression, but with the results announced, the rash appears to have climbed up the back of his neck.
Other evidence filed on Wednesday suggested that Legebokoff was linked to three other victims of murder.

Gunn Park was found on a pickaroon, he was also caught from Legebokoff\'s apartment after his arrest, as well as a sock found on his truck and when he was arrested
Jill stuey Stuchenko, 35, found blood on the sofa at Legebokoff apartment.
