best and worst mattress stores

Consumers quickly become more comfortable buying mattresses without trying them.
In fact, the latest consumer-reported mattress survey shows that many people have almost no bricks when they buy mattresses at retailers. and-
Stores that sell mattresses in physical stores or online, they like what they find.
Of the four mattress stores with the highest overall satisfaction score in our mattress store, the Original Mattress Factory has stores in nine states (

Costco stores display standing mattresses, which makes it difficult for them to try and sell more than half of them online.

The 20,000 users surveyed were the least satisfied with the Lots, a discount retailer with more than 1,400 stores in 47 states.

In our survey, the main mattress retailers were not impressive, with the worst performing traditional sellers, mattress chains and department stores.
Our users are mainly shopping in the Sleep mattress store, and this retailer has a high score in addition to the price.
Macy\'s has done the same thing, but there is a significant difference: 8% of respondents who shop at Macy\'s, while only 3% sleep, say that if there is a chance to buy again, they will buy from different retailers.
But Macy\'s is not the only retailer to get some of the respondents hoping to do it. over.
Shoppers are more dissatisfied with their experiences in the Great section, rooms, Sleepy\'s, mattress warehouse and JC Penney.
In our survey, we also asked users to tell us about the store they refused.
In other words, they bought a mattress there but changed their mind and bought it elsewhere.
This is also a worrying news for traditional retailers.
Of the users who bought the mattress, 11% refused Macy\'s, 10% refused Sears and mattress, 9% refused the Sleep Number, and 8% refused.
For many shoppers, prices are key to making deals, and Amazon, Costco, Ikea and Wal-Mart have done well in that regard.
None of the retailers got the best option, although eight did a very good job, only one Original Mattress Factory got a service score.
