Hard-Edge Stretch Mattresses Are an Upgrade of Memory Foam Mattresses

This mattress can help those who have little to no balance, or who feel as though they are slipping while sitting on the edge of the mattress. The hard-edged spring mattress features new technology, memory foam, a temperature-sensitive material. High pressure points are on our hips and shoulders when we lie on our side.

This stress restricts our blood flow in the first place (you may have noticed that you sometimes wake up with needle sticks or numb arms). This pressure also generates heat (as all mattresses do), and since the memory mattress responds to heat, it softens more in the hip and shoulder area. This results in a more even weight distribution over the length of the mattress, so less pressure and therefore less "tossing and turning" at night.

Less exercise means more non-REM sleep (our bodies need deep sleep to rejuvenate), which is why it's great for sleeping.
