SYNWIN 2022 annual meeting, Give the energy, Grow up against the wind

Guangdong Synwin is located in Foshan industrial high-tech zone,with two large Production bases,covering an area of more than 80,000 square meters. Our factory owns the advantage of convenient transportation,complete software and hardware facilities, strong production capacity and complete supply chain.

In the end of 2022, Synwin held the annual meeting “Give the energy, Grow up against the wind” to summarize the factory growth and people performance in 2022.

There are 3 parts during the meeting. In the first part, the factory director Mr. Zhang Made a grand entrance to the music, and started the meeting. Then he bring us the new SYNWIN company video. It shows the company information, workshop information, main products, certifications and so on. After watching the video, we believe that the clients will know more about us, and notice that SYNWIN is a very professional and experienced company.

After that, Mr. Zhang announced the new marketing director Mrs. Huang. In SYWNIN, we are not only a group of international traders, but also a group of sports enthusiasts. Our boss, Mr. Deng, leads by example, insists on exercising every week, and often participates in different sports events, One TMI, badminton is his favorite. Under the rendering of Mr. Deng, we connected marketing and sports events together. In 2022, SYNWIN sponsored large and small sports events in the society, assumed a certain social responsibility, and let more people have fun. sleep peacefully.

In the second parts, which people wait a long time, it is the Awards!  In 2022, the recurrence of the epidemic and the fluctuation of sea freight will make most factories in the storm. Under the guidance of the Mr. Deng, SYNWIN grew up against the wind and delivered good results. Both production capacity and sales data have increased compared with last year. Mr. Deng suggested that we should pay attention to the importance of the Internet. Develop network platforms through multiple channels, increase brand exposure, and use factory advantages to develop more high-quality customers. Synwin is equipped with automatic mattress production workshops,producingmorethan1millionpiecesofhigh-quality mattress spring and more than 400,000 pieces of finished mattresses annually.More than 90% of our products are exported to 40 countries and regions around the world. During this part, Mr. Zhang represent the company reward the hard work team and the awardees during 2022. All of them desires our got our biggest applause. Besides, the winners shared their selling skills and the unique negotiation skills. Like people said, Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach him to fish, he will never go hungry. We learned a lot during the meeting.

In the final part, Mr. Zhang shared his thinking after a show called” Shinning, Resolutes” By Wu Xiao Bo. It is a meaningful show, teaching us how to get the energy during the storm. Last but no lease, Mr. Deng made the conclusion about this meeting. He bring some questions and gifts. Everyone can have the gift by answering the questions. It was very interesting. There are lots of different kinds of questions, like the meeting content just mentioned before, the situation of the workshop, international event and so on. Everyone was laughed and learned a lot after that.

In 2023, China opened its doors, and foreign traders finally ushered in spring after a cold winter. We can finally go out to meet and negotiate with customers from various countries.
