Lucy Cavendish, published at 17: 06 EDT | update on April 24, 2013: 17: 06 EDT on April 24, 2013, imagine a bed that can cure the fat mass, where all you have to do is sleep soundly every night, and your mattress gets rid of the ugly, dimples of skin that disrupt your life and ruin your holiday photos
Such magical magic is undoubtedly the material of fairy tales. or is it?
When I found myself manipulating a six
One afternoon, in my house in Oxfordshire, I put the double bed in a small bedroom and I hope it will become a reality soon.
When I was trying to get rid of my ass and the horrible cottage cheese effects on my big legs, I was willing to do everything, and the effect has ruined them since I was in my 20 s.
Even if I lost a few stones recently, my legs were uncomfortable.
I have tried every \"miracle therapy\" on the market with \"-
Foam sponges and expensive lotions and potions rub in the offending area.
    Sadly, none of them work.
Is all I need to do over the years is snuggle under a duvet for eight hours every night?
Gary Baker thinks this may be the case.
He is a director of Squirrel Medical, which specializes in the study of gently vibrating beds widely used in hospitals to help treat sports patients
By improving cycle-related damage. His specially-
It has been medically proved that the designed bed can relieve skin pressure and help with blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
The manufacturer says the moving bed brings more blood flow to the skin tissue, eliminating toxins.
As a popular spinoff it also —supposedly —
    Solve the fat group.
The bed, called \"Dream Stream\", will soon be sold to the public and, depending on the design and specifications, will cost from £ 400 to £ 6,000, and I am honored to be the first to test it.
My hopes are high: all I need to do is use it for at least seven weeks, hey presto, my thighs will be smooth.
Forgot about the gym, this is my favorite fat group treatment.
Gary first explains science: a series of airbags on the mattress are pre-inflated and deflated
Set intervals throughout the evening to increase blood circulation.
    When you are lying on a normal bed, the tiny blood vessels on the surface of the skin are squeezed for a long time;
The gentle vibration of the Dream Flow bed relieves stress and allows your blood and lymph to flow smoothly.
Dr. Elizabeth dansi, founder of Bijox Medi Spa in London, supports this theory, explaining that increased circulation is one of the key factors in fighting fat masses.
Fat mass is a disorder of fat cells, she said.
\"What we see is a rough silhouette --
Fat-filled cells squeezed and disfigured by fiber tissue.
    This is the aging process of subcutaneous fat (fat under the skin;
Inadequate nutrition, oxidation, and inadequate drainage can lead to failure of fat cells.
At the same time, the reduction of oxidation results in the transformation of healthy elastic supporting tissue into hard fiber tissue.
The purpose of most cellulite treatments is to reduce fat deposition and fiber tissue by improving circulation and tissue drainage.
The bed is for the same effect.
But you don\'t have any effort.
I have to admit that I am skeptical about it.
My fat mass is very stubborn, so I don\'t believe the mattress can get rid of it where everything else fails.
    But no adventure, no harvest.
It is not easy to make the bed because it has a lot of fancy pieces, including a set of wooden springs shaped like inverted mushrooms that insert into the frame.
    And a big, complicated one.
It looks like an electronic machine, it is located under the bed, connected to the mattress, moving the airbag.
What\'s more, one side of the bed is a dream stream, but on the other side there is a standard mattress for those who have a partner who do not want to be lightly squeezed and tapped all night.
I \'ve been divorced for a year, so I don\'t have a man to worry about-
But I can imagine it\'s a bit weird for anyone sharing a bed.
In fact, when I lay down, when the mattress responded to my weight, the whole bed seemed to move gently under me.
Then the bed did something very incredible: it sighed.
    I was worried.
Has this bed just identified a particularly daunting challenge for the future?
Is it judging me based on the severity of my fat mass?
Gary Baker told me there was nothing to worry about, just the sound of the bed adjusted according to my weight.
The only problem I expected was that the bed was too noisy and I was afraid it would keep me awake all night.
There is a constant low hum and then another disappointed sound every ten minutes or so --sounding sigh.
Next, I need to adjust the bed using a small remote connected to the mattress that can set the firmness.
I set it to medium and the bed sighed again and adjusted it to my weight.
    I\'m finally ready.
At eleven o\'clock P. M. that night, I picked up my pajamas and novels and started my-cellulite work-out.
I have never been so eager to go to the gym.
However, my first night was not very good, mainly because the bed was too noisy.
But the mattress was amazing and it made me feel very comfortable to shape myself into my body.
If it wasn\'t a constant sigh, I \'d snore in a few seconds.
I realized it was going to be a long night and when the bed sighed under me I stared at the ceiling for hours.
Slowly, however, I began to get used to it and eventually found it very quiet when I adapted to the noise and movement of the bed.
At some point I got into deep sleep and actually woke up feeling a lot more refreshed than usual.
After sleeping in bed for a week, I noticed that my painful right hip (which I fell down from right away a few years ago and had not been injured when I fully recovered) became less painful.
As for the fat group, I didn\'t see any difference in the first two weeks: Sadly, my legs look like dimples as ever.
However, by the fourth week, I looked at myself in the mirror and was sure that my back of my thigh was not that dimples.
A week later, I asked a friend that I often compare fat groups with him to check my fat group.
\"You have almost nothing! \' she says.
    Where did it go?
\"She sounded surprised, so I stared at my back in the mirror.
I can still see the fat mass but not as much as before.
I feel good by the seventh week.
I slept well all the time and my fat mass was almost gone.
I still have a small amount of depression behind my thigh, but it has improved a lot and I can hardly see it.
I feel healthier and more energetic, and I realize I haven\'t had that feeling for a long time.
My sleep is deeper, my body is no longer in pain, my fat mass is improved and I can wear a swimsuit without penalty --
    Even a little proud-this summer.
